Summertime Funk
This is my favorite time of the year right now, other than Christmas. It’s the time of year between spring and summer. The heat is not super dreadful (although after a long ass winter, it doesn’t really matter), the flowers are still blooming, and the sun is always shining. It’s also nice during this time with no classes and work if you have a summer internship that doesn’t start right after you get out. I’m still busy as a bee when it comes to blogging and preparing for my summer internship. But while I still have some time off, I’m trying to soak in everything as much as I can.
You wanna know what I'm enjoying especially these days besides the weather? This super funky new outfit from ZAFUL! It's a two piece pants set with orange, white, blue and navy stripes. The top is very bikini-like with a long soft belt that you can tie into a bow. And of course, we have the long hippy pants to create a summertime funk!
I like the idea of "summertime funk". It's a great time of year to go all out and be unique for fun times such as outdoor festivals, Fourth of July parties, pool parties, and so much more. Even though there are not as many clothing options with the hot weather, there are still plenty of ways to style yourself. And if you're going to do something fun and memorable, you might as well go looking bold and funky! Show off your summertime funk! #YOLO
